Skyline Keeps Rolling
With sweeps of Columbia at home by the Varsity squad and on the road by JV, Skyline ran their cumulative record to 11-1 for this 2012 season.
The teams will face Ypsilanti at 4:00 on Monday the 16th. JV will again be on the road. Varsity will be at home. Come on out and watch the Eagles continue to roll.Schedules Now Posted
Schedules for both the JV and Varsity teams are now posted. Varsity opens up on the road against Wayne Memorial March 26.

Coach Garcia will be holding weight lifting/conditioning 3 - 4:15 on Tuesday 11/29 and is considering Thursday 12/1 (he's going to make sure the building will be open, and that there are enough interested players to hold weight training).

Skyline will offer sports physicals on Thursday, July 28th from 6 until 8 PM. The cost will be $25. If you have your AAPS Athletic Forms (attached) complete, you can hand in your entire packet of paperwork that evening. Cost for the AAPS paperwork remains the same as last year ($30 athletic benefit fee, $150 first sport pay-to-play, $75 second sport pay-to-play, third sport: no charge). If you plan on paying by check, please be prepared to have 2 checks available-- one for the physical, and one for AAPS.May 23 Games vs. Huron rescheduled
Due to thunderstorm watch and field conditions JV and Varsity games vs. Ann Arbor Huron have been rescheduled to May 24. March 30 Home game for both JV and Varsity
Both baseball teams will play only one game today, both at Skyline.
Romulus High School's field is not playable, so they are sending both their Varsity and JV teams to play at Skyline today.
Varsity will play at 4PM, and JV game will follow at about 6PM.All events canceled today March 28

1. Practice will be outside today (Friday March 25), from 3-5.
2. Varsity practice tomorrow, Saturday 3/26, 11AM-12:30ish (may end a bit earlier). JV practice weekend practice time will be determined at practice today.
3. Varsity will be dismissed from school early on Monday. Listen for the announcement. Players, please make sure you have all of your uniform pieces before Sunday, so that we have an opportunity to address any problems before Monday's games...No Practice: March 23
Robotics is setting up in both gyms for its weekend meeting beginning today. Practice for today has been cancelled (it's too nasty outside!).

Starting Nov. 2nd, we will start conditioning for baseball,(that means running), all classes (freshman, sophomores and juniors) are welcome. If you are interested in participating in baseball but have not done your paper work yet, you will need to go to the AD's office and get that done. Support Skyline baseball by participating in this fun fundraiser! Baseball players will be working at Big Boy June 7.
Come and join us from 5:00 TO 8:00 PM next Monday. Players will be selling tickets between now and then in the school cafeteria. Year End Celebration
Our end of the year celebration will be Saturday, June 5, 6-8 pm, Maryfield Park (on corner of Westwood and Maryfield, just off Dexter Road). Players, parents, and siblings invited! There's a nice place for whiffle ball, basketball courts, and a playground for the little ones. There are a few picnic tables, but please plan on bringing lawn chairs.
